Good afternoon, Based upon all the information, I regret to inform you that we will unfortunately not be approve the claim. The reason for this is that the bottle itself was not damaged. The most probable cause for the leakage would have the cap that might have not been closed tightly enough and during transportation it might have loosen more with the vibration, motion and movement of the vehicle causing the leakage. I apologise for any inconvenience that this have caused your company.
